A new app named "Google Settings" appeared automatically in android devices which are connected to the internet.This app released by Google is intended to centralize the account settings.That is,by just signing in to your google account,you can manage for all google related apps.This includes google plus,google maps,google search,ad mob ads,etc.This account settings can be accessed by third party apps,games,websites or other services as well(with your permission).In short,you need notwant to create a new email account.The existing gmail account is enough.But,read the permissions that are given to the app carefully.It includes your full name,profile picture,google + id,age range,list of people in circles, publicly available information on google plus,etc. Go to your google plus account settings and rearrange the settings.
